This class can be modified for any level, but it is a Level 2/3 class with options for binds and other more advanced poses if that interests you. Anna is a yoga and aerial teacher in LA. She approaches yoga and fitness with a curious mind and playful attitude. While fun, her classes are physically demanding yet mindful. Students can expect to be challenged by a whole lot of strength, flexibility, and balance work focused on alignment and injury prevention. In any class, Anna loves challenging students and encouraging them to move beyond their perceived limitations.
